一款以生牛奶为原料,使用蒙荷家族传承了几十年的传统工艺制成的蓝奶酪。其熟化的过程历经3到4个月。酪体内部滑腻,根据熟化时间不同,呈稍紧实到紧实状态,部分区域呈蓝色,为这种类型奶酪的特点。切面半硬,与卡博瑞乐斯奶酪相似,呈此种蓝奶酪酪体的典型特色。切面外观随熟化程度不同而有所变化,通常颜色很暗,带蓝色条纹。口味较淡,微咸,略带奶油味。
